PPL - Pollution Prevention

IWS provides a professional and cost effective system for the cleaning and servicing of all types of oil separators and petrol interceptors, leaving them working efficiently. Our staff are highly experienced and have been involved in this sector for many years, allowing us to give guidance and support to all of our customers.

The build up of oil, silt and debris within an interceptor can cause hydrocarbon contamination and is also a potential flood risk. Therefore it is essential to choose a service provider that will ensure a full service is carried out and most importantly that filters are changed and alarm systems calibrated. During any service provided by IWS our staff will also check for tank damage and report this to the client immediately.

All of our engineers are trained to carry out their work to the highest standards, including interceptor commissioning, filter changing and confined space entry. We only use licensed disposal facilities, ensuring your duty of care obligations are met with waste transferred on Hazardous Waste Consignment notes in accordance with Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005.

IWS can inspect, service, empty, install and supply all types of oil separators and petrol interceptors as well as alarm systems, vortex flow controls, attenuation systems and spill control products.
